| CHARLOTTE MEREDITH
Charlotte
has recently graduated from Kings College London with an Upper Second Class
Honours as a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physiotherapy and is a certified member of the CSP (Chartered Society of Physiotherapy) and the HPC (Health
Professionals Council).
In addition to her degree she has gained a credited
qualification level 3 ITEC Diploma in Sports Massage. She is currently setting up practice as a sports massage practitioner and will be offering treatments as an addition to clinics and is also available on request for treatments at brook or for home visits.
The
services that she will be offering include: Pre and Post event
massages, specific injuries or painful symptoms as well as general
maintenance massage to help relieve any muscle tension.
Charlotte also works alongside Sophie and Alison in the everyday running of BROOK FARM EQUESTRIAN CENTER and assists on weekend clinics. Additionally she enjoys working with horses that stay for schooling and behavioural re-training.
Sports massage treatment sessions include
An initial consultation involving a subjective and objective assessment and massage together lasting approximately 40 mins.
The following sessions will consist of a short subjective consultation and massage with the addition of home exercises and education of symptoms where applicable in total lasting approximately 30 mins.
